In our every day living, we have all ever observed all sorts of pipes used for transporting various medium out of industrial function or living aim. A number of them are Pressure Piping. Stress pipes are one part of the pipelines. Pipeline is the stress fitting assembly composed of pipes such as Composite Pipes, pipe fittings some may be black pipe fittings, flange, bolt, gasket, valve and other components or stress parts and supporting parts. A pipeline system, in order to fulfill functions like liquid transportation, allocation, blending, separation, discharge, measure and fluid flowing control, must connect with corresponding dynamic gear, reaction equipment, storage equipment, separation equipment, heat exchange equipment and control equipment so as to develop into a system, ensuring liquid in pipes are of particular stress, temperature and flow. As a result, it finishes designed and scheduled tasks.

Pressure Pipes system refers to the system composed of pipe element, pipe supporter, security protection gear and auxiliary devices. Here rubber end caps and pipe end caps all belong to pipe component. Frequently observed stress pipes mainly include pipes, pipe fittings, flange, valve, compensator, flame arrester, sealing element, supports and hangers. Security protection device refers to over-temperature and ultra-pressure controlling device and warning device such as security valve, stress gage, rupture disc and emergency cutting valve. The auxiliary device mainly means pipeline oriented device, support post, cathodic protector of stress pipes. They may be cathodic protecting device, compressor station, pump station, valve station, stress adjusting station and supervision system.
